Although we do have systems monitoring the website, no alerts ever received regarding the site being up and down on 1 December 2025 and we randomly discovered there was an issue but was resolved

However on 2 December 2025 we realised there was still a problem, but with external systems which should have fixed issues from 1 December. Now we’ve made sure updates to 1 December taken place, all looks good
